Karol XVII & MB Valence

Karol XVII & MB Valence is a respected Polish duo in the electronic music scene, consisting of Karol Samocki (Karol XVII) and Marek Bigajski (MB Valence). They are known for their work in genres such as Deep House, Melodic House, and Downtempo. The duo began collaborating around 2006, combining their talents to create a distinctive sound that quickly gained international recognition. In 2007, they co-founded Loco Records, an independent label that became a leading force in the Deep House genre. Their collaboration has led to numerous releases on prominent labels like Peppermint Jam, Toolroom, Suara, Armada Deep, and Ministry of Sound.

Karol XVII & MB Valence have worked with renowned artists including Miguel Migs, Maya Jane Coles, and Jimpster. They were recognized as the best Polish DJs by DJ Mag in 2008 and were nominated for Best Deep House Artists at the Beatport Music Awards in 2010. In 2022, they released their long-awaited album "Essay" on Get Physical Music, featuring vocalists Jono McCleery, Lazarusman, and Keely Timlin. The duo continues to produce and remix tracks, with recent releases including remixes from their album "Essay" and other collaborative projects.
