Ronald Koops

Ronald Koops is a Dutch musician known for his involvement in various musical projects. He was born in Groningen, Netherlands, on March 6, 1975, and grew up in Zeist and Ede. Koops studied food technology and later pursued a career in journalism, working for several publications including the *Nederlands Dagblad* and *EO-Visie*. He has been involved in creating praise bands, such as Vuur and Exalt, and has published a book titled *Wij en onze manieren*, which compiled his columns. Musically, Koops has focused on Christian music, releasing albums like *Waardig Is Het Lam* and *Laten Wij Aanbidden*. He has also developed courses on worship music and performs piano concerts focused on praise and worship.

Koops' music often explores themes of simplicity, peace, and worship. He has been associated with the band Karpos, which toured across 25 churches in the Netherlands.
