Syndykat is a Polish hip-hop group formed in 2000 in Warsaw. The group consists of rappers Pono, Fokuss, and Rahim, and DJ Decks. Syndykat is known for their socially conscious lyrics and their unique blend of hip-hop, funk, and soul. They have released seven studio albums, including "Syndykator" (2001), "Pan to nie ja" (2003), and "Warto żyć" (2005). Syndykat has won numerous awards, including the Fryderyk Award for Best Hip-Hop Album in 2002 and 2004.
