Alice Hebborn

Alice Hebborn is a Belgian composer known for her immersive, nature-inspired music that blends electronics, piano, and ensemble arrangements. Born in Brussels in 1990, she studied composition at the Conservatoire de Mons/ARTS2 and has a strong background in writing for theatre and ensembles. Her debut album *Saisons* (2024) reflects her deep connection to the natural world, inspired by a move to the countryside and ecofeminist ideas about environmental harmony. The album features seven movements that fuse delicate piano by Nao Momitani with layered electronic soundscapes and field recordings, creating a contemplative sound environment that mirrors the interconnectedness and balance of nature.

Hebborn’s work often explores the blending of acoustic and electronic textures to reflect the dialogue between humans and the environment. She describes her music as a sonic ecosystem, where elements mutually influence and transform each other, rooted in imagery and visual art inspiration.
