Love and Theft

Love and Theft is an American country music band that made its first splash in the music scene in 2009. Originally formed as a trio, the group's lineup consisted of Stephen Barker Liles, Eric Gunderson, and Brian Bandas, although Bandas left the band in 2011. Known for their harmonious blends and southern rock influences, they found significant success with their self-titled second album, "Love and Theft," which was released in 2012 and featured the hit single "Angel Eyes." Their sound, a mix of accessible country-pop and strong storytelling, captures the spirit of contemporary country music.

Over the years, Love and Theft has continued to evolve, with Liles and Gunderson steering the band as a duo following Bandas's departure. They sustained their presence in the country music scene with a string of singles that meld heartfelt lyrics with catchy melodies. Some of their notable recent releases include introspective tracks like "Whiskey On My Breath," showing a mature side of the band, alongside more rollicking tunes like "Night That You'll Never Forget." They maintain a dedicated fan base thanks to their relatable themes and persistent touring, with songs like "Need To Breathe" and "Rivers" illustrating their ongoing commitment to crafting songs that resonate with country music listeners across the board.
