Yetzabel Arias Fernandez

Yetzabel Arias Fernandez is a talented Cuban soprano known for her versatility in both classical and baroque music. Born in Havana, she began her musical journey with cello and piano, eventually graduating in choral conducting from the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory and singing from the Superior Institute of Art in Havana. She furthered her postgraduate studies in Italy, focusing on 17th-century Italian music interpretation. Yetzabel has won several prestigious competitions, including the International Competition of Baroque singing in Chimay, Belgium, and has worked with notable Italian ensembles like Accademia Bizantina and La Risonanza. She has performed in various operas, such as Handel's "Alessandro" and Pergolesi's "Olimpiade," and has released several critically acclaimed recordings featuring works by composers like Handel and Jommelli.

Yetzabel's work spans across Europe, with performances in major venues like Rome's Santa Cecilia concert season and the Konzerthaus in Berlin.
