J Mano

J Mano is a rapper, songwriter, and engineer who draws inspiration from the roots of hip hop and hails from Philadelphia, on the east coast of the United States. He’s a Laotian-American artist who grew up in North Philly and various nearby towns, and has been active in music since an early age—rapping since he was 11 and getting hands-on with recording software by 14. J Mano prides himself on handling not just the creative side but also the technical side of music-making, mixing and mastering his own work, and has released recent tracks like “Writer’s Block,” “Memories Freestyle (Long Live Mizz),” and “Circles,” showcasing a dedication to both lyrical content and production quality.
