ISEGYE IDOL

ISEGYE IDOL is a pioneering six-member virtual K-pop girl group from South Korea, launched in August 2021 by the streamer Woowakgood. The members—INE, Jingburger, Lilpa, Jururu, Gosegu, and Viichan—were chosen through a high-profile audition process and bring a mix of vocal and performance talents, with some having prior musical or streaming backgrounds. The group officially debuted on December 17, 2021, with their single "RE: WIND," which quickly topped various Korean music charts such as Bugs and Gaon Download, marking a significant milestone for virtual artists in the industry.

ISEGYE IDOL has since released multiple singles and albums, including key tracks like "Be My Light," "Stargazers," "Misty Rainbow," and "KIDDING." They made history as the first virtual act to headline a live concert at the prestigious Gocheok Sky Dome in 2025 during the ISEGYE FESTIVAL, showcasing the growing acceptance and popularity of virtual idols. Their music style blends modern K-pop with digital and virtual performance elements, drawing a passionate fandom known as "ifari." The group is notable for blurring the line between real and virtual performances through engaging online content and live-streamed events.
