Air Raid is a heavy metal band that formed in 1982 in Los Angeles, California. The band's original lineup consisted of vocalist Mark Edwards, guitarist Dave Carlo, bassist Sean Malone, and drummer Paul Fanelli. Air Raid released their debut album, "Across the Line," in 1983, which was followed by "Thunderblood" in 1984 and "Demon's Eye" in 1985. The band's fourth album, "Fatal Encounter," was released in 1987, and featured a more polished sound than their previous albums. Air Raid disbanded in 1989, but reformed in 2008 with a new lineup. The band has since released two more albums, "Across the Line" (2010) and "Thunderblood" (2014).
