Tatjana Vorobjova

Tatjana Vorobjova is a Latvian-born harpsichordist renowned for her expressive cantabile playing and virtuosic technique. Originally trained as a pianist in her hometown of Riga, her deep passion for early music and the influence of great harpsichordists like Gustav Leonhardt inspired her to focus on the harpsichord. She studied with prominent teachers such as Ketil Haugsand in Oslo and Cologne and Hermann Stinders in Brussels, honing a style that combines rich sound, dynamic nuance, and a vibrant sense of musical risk-taking.
