Soundaryan

Soundaryan is an Indian music composer who has predominantly worked in the Tamil film industry. He began his career as an ad-jingles composer before making his debut in the Tamil film *Cheran Pandiyan* in 1991. He gained significant recognition for his work in *Sindhu Nathi Poo* in 1994. Throughout his career, Soundaryan has composed music for numerous films, including *Putham Pudhu Payanam*, *Gopura Deepam*, and *Cheran Chozhan Pandian*. His recent works include *Nadhigal Nanaivadhillai* (2014), *Nanaiyadha Mazhaiye* (2016), and *Pasakara Paya* (2022).

Soundaryan's contributions to Tamil cinema are notable for their thematic focus on rural settings, which were particularly popular in the 1990s. His versatility as a composer has allowed him to work across a range of genres and projects, from mainstream films to smaller budget productions.
