He has studied under renowned pianists such as Leonard Hokanson in Frankfurt, Claude Frank in the USA, and Rudolf Buchbinder in Basel. Ullrich is recognized for his innovative approach to music, developing unique program formats that include musical-literary collaborations and children's concerts. He has performed extensively as a soloist, chamber musician, and accompanist across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and at numerous international festivals. Additionally, he serves as the Artistic Director of the "Taschen-Oper-Companie" and co-founded the "Ohrwurm-Projekt," which combines concerts with educational concepts for children.
