The Workday Release
The Workday Release is an indie-folk band from Portland, Oregon. Formed in 2010, the band consists of singer-songwriter Matt Bachmann, guitarist Andrew Marlin, bassist Dan Hunt, and drummer Ben Nugent. Their music is characterized by its introspective lyrics, intricate harmonies, and lush instrumentation. The band has released four full-length albums, including their most recent, "The Wonder of You and I," which was released in 2022. The Workday Release has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with artists such as Bon Iver, The Head and the Heart, and Iron & Wine.
