TROLLWALD

TROLLWALD is a Belarusian folk-metal band formed in 2015 from the remnants of "Litvintroll." The band blends traditional folk instruments like the bagpipe, zhaleika, and cittern with heavy metal, creating a unique stoner-folk sound marked by authentic, raw energy. The lineup includes former "Litvintroll" members such as Andrey Apanovich on vocals and folk instruments, along with other musicians on guitars, bass, synthesizer, and drums.

Their debut full-length album, *Trollwald*, was released on Bandcamp in June 2023 after an extended creative process, featuring songs with themes involving trolls and nature, delivered with a thick, powerful guitar sound and expressive vocals. They also released a mini-album *U hushcharakh* ("In the Thickets") in 2016. TROLLWALD’s music often channels emotional storytelling through troll imagery, reflecting personal experiences within dark, harsh worlds.
