Big Ass

Big Ass is a prominent Thai rock band that has been active since 1997. Initially, they were known for their pop rock sound, but over time, their music has evolved to incorporate elements of hardcore punk. The band's early years were marked by limited commercial success with their first three albums, *Not Bad*, *XL*, and *My World*, released on the Music Bugs label. However, their fourth album, *Seven*, released under Genie Records of GMM Grammy, achieved significant success and recognition, including awards from major Thai music awards like Season Awards and Fat Awards. The band has undergone changes in their lineup, with Daycha "Jeng" Konalo becoming the new lead vocalist in 2012, replacing Ekkarat "Dax" Wongchalard. Their recent works include albums like *The Lion* and various singles, showcasing their evolving sound and continued presence in the Thai music scene.
