L.T.D.

L.T.D. (Love, Togetherness, and Devotion) was an American R&B/funk band formed in 1970 in Washington, D.C. The group was originally known as the Love Men Ltd., but changed their name to L.T.D. in 1971. The band's original lineup consisted of Jeffrey Osborne (lead vocals), Billy Osborne (bass guitar), Henry Davis (drums), and James "JT" Taylor (keyboards). L.T.D. released their debut album, "Love Togetherness and Devotion," in 1971, and went on to release a string of hit singles throughout the 1970s and 1980s, including "Love Ballad," "Back in Love Again," and "Holding On (When Love Is Gone)." The band's music was known for its smooth, soulful sound and catchy melodies, and they were one of the most popular R&B/funk groups of their era.
