He is the founder of Technical Itch Recordings and Penetration Records, both of which have been instrumental in shaping his unique sound. Mark Caro, the artist behind Technical Itch, has been involved in the drum and bass scene since its early days, emerging from the rave scene in England. He is often credited as one of the genre's founding figures, particularly in the dark and experimental sub-genres.

Technical Itch's music career spans multiple collaborations and labels. He has worked closely with Darren Beale (Decoder) and has been associated with notable labels like Moving Shadow. His recent releases include a series of albums and singles, such as the "COVERT" series and various ambient and white label tracks.
