**Playlunch** is a scrappy indie-punk trio hailing from Wollongong, Australia, serving up cheeky anthems about suburban boredom, messy nights out, and everyday Aussie chaos. Formed around 2020, the band — vocalist/guitarist Harriet Fraser, bassist Harry Waterman (aka "Harry Cymbals"), and drummer Dylan Taylor — built their reputation on sweat-drenched DIY gigs and lyrics that skewer millennial/Gen-Z disillusionment with equal parts humor and heart. Tracks like "Station Rat" and "Foxtel Girl" showcase their knack for wrapping sardonic storytelling in garage-rock riffs and shout-along choruses, while their 2022 EP *Who’s Ready For Tomorrow?* cemented their status as cult favorites in Australia’s underground scene. Equal parts chaotic and charming, Playlunch thrives on turning kitchen-sink dramas into punk catharsis, one sticky-floored venue at a time.
