City High was a hip-hop trio from New York City, active from 1997 to 2003. The group consisted of rapper/singer Robbie "Rob Base" Robinson, singer Claudette Ortiz, and producer/DJ Ryan Toby. They are best known for their 1999 hit single "What Would You Do?" which reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. City High released two studio albums, "City High" (1999) and "Blessed" (2001), before disbanding in 2003.
