Siddhartha Belmannu

Siddhartha Belmannu is a talented Indian classical musician and playback singer from Karkala in Karnataka. Born on October 2, 1996, he comes from a music-loving family and began his formal musical education at the age of five with Carnatic Classical training under Vidushi Smt. Suma Srinath. He later transitioned to Hindustani Classical Music, receiving training from Pt. P.R. Manjunath and eventually under the legendary musician Pandit Vinayak Torvi of the Gwalior and Kirana Gharana. Siddhartha has performed extensively across India and internationally, including collaborations with Grammy-winning composer Ricky Kej. He has also made a mark in the film industry with songs in Kannada movies like "Pushpaka Vimana" and "Tagaru." His versatility extends to light music genres such as Marathi Abhangs and Kannada Devarnaama.

Siddhartha has received numerous accolades, including a special mention in Forbes' '30 under 30' list in 2021 and the "Shanmukha Sangeet Shiromani Award" in 2023. He has performed at prestigious events like the Swarateerth Music Festival and has worked with various renowned artists. His unique style blends tradition with innovation, making him a sought-after young artist in the music industry. Siddhartha recently graduated with a Master's in Global Music, further enhancing his musical expertise.
