Nekomata

Nekomata is a Milan, Italy-based band that was formerly known as Project Kasha. The group consists of Filippo Zavattari on bass and backing vocals, Andrea Cappellari on guitars and programming, Andrea Olivieri on vocals, and Alberto Mezzanotte on drums. They have recently rebranded and released singles like "Call to Arms" and "Algorithmically Imperfect" from their debut album "...And Then, The Abusement Park Left Town" (2022) via Revalve Records. Nekomata's music blends elements of Power Metal, Metalcore, and Death Metal, incorporating complex melodic hooks, ripping riffs, and cinematic electronics. Their sound is characterized by clean, harmonized vocals contrasting with growls, and a touch of bittersweet glam.
