Larry Sitsky
Larry Sitsky is an Australian composer, pianist, and musicologist who has made significant contributions to the world of classical music. Born in Melbourne in 1934, Sitsky studied piano and composition at the University of Melbourne and later at the Royal College of Music in London. He has composed over 200 works, including symphonies, concertos, chamber music, and operas. Sitsky is also a renowned musicologist, specializing in Russian music and the music of the Middle Ages. He has published numerous books and articles on these topics and has lectured extensively around the world.
