Cabanne is a French musician, DJ, and producer who has become a significant figure in the underground house music scene. His musical journey began with a background in jazz and soul, playing the guitar and being part of a funk group called FLAG from 1993 to 1998. This diverse musical foundation has influenced his unique production style, which often incorporates a distinct groove. Cabanne is notable for being one of the first French artists to sign with prominent labels like 7th City and Perlon. He co-founded Telegraph in 1999 and later established Minibar in 2005, both of which are respected imprints in the French electronic music scene. Additionally, Cabanne was a member of the legendary project Narodnikki, which featured artists such as Richie Hawtin and Ricardo Villalobos.
