Undoubting Thomas

**Undoubting Thomas** is the musical project of vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Thomas McKeown from Chicago, Illinois. The project marks a return to more adventurous music styles reminiscent of McKeown's earlier work with the band Damascus from 1981 to 1992. Undoubting Thomas released the debut album *In the Process Of* in 2025, with the songwriting process beginning in late 2024. McKeown leads the project with support from various friends and collaborators, blending thoughtful songwriting and instrumentation in a contemporary setting.

This project is distinct from other similarly named bands such as the industrial band Doubting Thomas (associated with Skinny Puppy members) or the Americana group Doubting Thomas from North Carolina.
