Alex Hart is a singer-songwriter from southwest England who has been making waves in the UK music scene. Her career took off at age 18 when she collaborated with Electronic Youth on a cover of "I Wish I Didn't Miss You," which reached No. 2 on the Music Week Dance Charts. Hart has since released several albums, including her debut "On This Day" and more recently "Visions" in 2024. She's known for her folk-influenced sound and has been described as "the Stevie Nicks of Folk" by BBC Radio 2's Mark Radcliffe.
Throughout her career, Hart has worked with notable musicians and producers. She's toured extensively with Martin Barre, the former guitarist of Jethro Tull, and has collaborated with folk singer Seth Lakeman. Hart is not only a vocalist but also a multi-instrumentalist, continuously expanding her musical abilities.
