Maurício Tagliari

Maurício Tagliari is a renowned Brazilian musician, producer, and composer known for his eclectic career spanning jazz, classical, and Brazilian music. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, on November 5th, 1961, he began learning music from his father at the age of 11 and later honed his skills at CLAM, a prestigious music school. He co-founded the influential jazz band Nouvelle Cuisine in 1987 and later established ybmusic in 1992, a music production house that has launched numerous talents and earned several APCA awards. Maurício has also composed scores for films and TV series, including projects for Canal Brasil. As a solo artist, he has released albums like *MAô: Contraponto e Fuga da Realidade* and *MAô: Falta de Estudo #1*.

Some of his notable releases include *Bossa nova - Girls from Bela Vista*, *Bossa Clássico*, *Vida Mistério*, *Dona Cadu*, and *Maô: Danças Típicas de Cidades Imaginárias*.
