Pedro Zopelar, known professionally as Zopelar, is a prominent figure in the Brazilian electronic music scene. Based in São Paulo, he wears many hats as a musician, producer, and DJ. Zopelar co-founded the renowned party collective "ODD," which played a significant role in establishing São Paulo's reputation in global nightlife culture.
Zopelar's musical repertoire is diverse, drawing influences from Brazilian music, hip hop, R&B, jazz, rock, and funk. He's known for his versatility as a producer and has released tracks on various labels, including his own ITF and ODDiscos, as well as international imprints like Apron Records, Soul Clap, and Tartelet Records. His 2020 album "Joy Of Missing Out," released on Apron Records, showcased his broad production range and garnered attention from DJs worldwide, receiving airplay on BBC, NTS Radio, and The Lot Radio.
