Bop (Harvey)
Bop (Harvey) is an American band that formed in 1984 at Michigan State University. Known for their energetic live performances and eclectic musical style blending reggae, soul, Latin, funk, and psychedelic rock, the band played over 2,000 shows during their initial run. They released multiple albums, including "The Monster Butt Beat Dance Test" and "Gitche Gumee To Me," and even performed on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien." After disbanding in 1994, Bop (Harvey) has since reunited for anniversary shows and continues to release new music, including their recent album "Better Angels".
