Rising Steel

Rising Steel is a heavy metal band from Grenoble, France, formed in 2012. Known for their powerful riffs and strong heavy metal spirit, their music is influenced mainly by the 1980s New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM), with touches of hard rock and thrash. Fans of classic metal bands like Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and early Metallica will find a lot to love in Rising Steel’s sound, which combines solid, energetic metal with a fierce, aggressive vocal style. Over the years, they have released several albums, including *Return of the Warlord* (2016), *Fight Them All* (2020), *Beyond the Gates of Hell* (2022), and most recently *Legion of the Grave* (2025). They’ve also shared stages with established acts such as Jaded Heart, Sister Sin, and Annihilator, growing their international fanbase with every release.

The band's lineup features vocalist Emmanuelson, guitarists Tony Riffman and Mighty V., bassist Flo Dust, and drummer Steel Zard. Their sound is characterized by crushing riffs, relentless tempo, and a mixture of melodic and aggressive elements in true traditional metal fashion. Rising Steel proudly carries forward the legacy of classic metal with a modern edge, making them a must-listen for fans who appreciate heavy, riff-driven metal with an 80s influence but not locked in nostalgia—there’s real raw power and freshness in their music.
