Babeheaven is a London-based band known for their dreamy blend of soul, trip-hop, and indie-pop. Fronted by singer Nancy Andersen and producer/multi-instrumentalist Jamie Travis, the duo has carved out a signature sound built on lush, downtempo grooves and introspective lyrics. The pair started making music together while growing up in West London, bonding over their shared love of music influenced by artists like Portishead, Massive Attack, and Beach House.
Their debut album, Home for Now, arrived in 2020 and showcased their knack for atmospheric production and emotionally rich songwriting. Tracks like "Heartbreak" and "Cassette Beat" highlight the band’s ability to balance minimal, spacious arrangements with Andersen’s soulful vocals. Babeheaven followed up with their second album in 2022, continuing to evolve their sound while keeping their signature mellow, evocative vibe intact.
