W.i.S.H. is an Indian all-girl pop group made up of four members: Ri, Sim, Zo, and Suchi. The group is managed by Bay Music House and was formed under the guidance of the celebrated producer Mickey McCleary, who has worked with big names like AR Rahman and Lucky Ali. Ri and Sim are sisters from a musical family in Mumbai, while Zo comes from Chennai and had previously been part of a duo called Zoe & Urgen. Suchi initially wanted to be a dancer before switching to music with W.i.S.H. The band is inspired by the global rise of K-pop and aims to create a modern Western-style pop sound from India. They debuted on March 1, 2024, and have been noted for their diverse backgrounds and strong mentorship, which helps them grow as artists and performers.
