IDEGO

**IDEGO** is a Nashville-born hip-hop artist (May 11, 2004) who grew up surrounded by music—his dad managed bands and helped kick off TobyMac’s Gotee Records with acts like GRITS and Relient K, while his mom handled product development and branding for bands. Christian tunes were big in the house, but he also dug secular stuff, underground hip-hop, and rage rap, sharpening his mic skills alongside beat-making.

Heading to Samford University in Birmingham, he majored in Commercial Music (production focus) with a marketing minor, producing for Christian underground folks like Peair and A3. He dropped a production project as a self-marketing test, then started rhyming over his own beats and fell hard for artist life—leading to fresh tracks like "Pray Some."
