Hillary Scott is an American singer and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist of the country music group Lady A. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Scott began singing at a young age and was discovered by producer Scott Hendricks while performing at a local talent show. She joined Lady A in 2006, and the group has since released eight studio albums and won numerous awards, including seven Grammy Awards. Scott has also released solo music, including the 2016 Christmas album "Love Remains."
