I, the Mountain is an indie folk band from Portland, Oregon. The band was formed in 2004 by brothers Josh and Sam Wilbur, and their music is characterized by its lush harmonies, intricate guitar work, and introspective lyrics. I, the Mountain has released five studio albums, including their most recent, "Echo Lake," which was released in 2022. The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with artists such as Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes, and The Head and the Heart.
