Down With The Kings

Down With The King is a rap rock band formed by ex-Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello, along with Tim Commerford (also from Rage Against the Machine) on bass, and Brad Wilk (also from Rage Against the Machine) on drums, but under the pseudonyms Rex Morrow, Timmy C, and B. Wikkid, respectively. They were later joined by other musicians, including Kirk Hammett's friend and guitarist Skinny Pete, and vocalist D.R.I.'s Kurt Brecht.

The band released their debut album, "Down With The King", in 1993. The album featured a mix of punk, rap, and heavy metal influences, and guest appearances by various musicians, including Ice-T, Chuck D, and Donald D. The band's music was characterized by its high-energy sound and socially conscious lyrics.
