Sreevalsan J. Menon is an accomplished Indian Carnatic vocalist and music composer from Kerala. Born in Thrissur, he hails from Kunissery in the Palakkad district. Menon began his musical journey under the guidance of Rajalakshmi Krishnan and later trained in the traditional Gurukula style under Neyyatinkara Vasudevan for 18 years. He is renowned for his innovative musical albums, such as "Vanaprastham" and "Monsoon Anuraga," which blend classical elements with contemporary themes. Menon has performed globally and holds a prestigious 'A' TOP grade at All India Radio. Apart from his music career, he is also a professor at the Kerala Agricultural University and has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension.
