Originally from north of Chicago, she has lived in various cities and balances her music career with work in public health and healthcare. Her music features melodic, intimate songs often crafted in a relaxed home environment, accompanied by her dog. Lauren, known as Lo Stone, draws inspiration from her partner, three children, and family, and is currently working on her second full-length album, showcasing her heartfelt and evocative songwriting style.
