Beyond the Animus is a metalcore band from the United Kingdom. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist Luke Abbott, guitarists Tom Smith and Jack Smith, bassist Josh Smith, and drummer Sam Smith. Beyond the Animus has released two EPs, "The Fallacy of Sickness" (2020) and "Disrupt" (2021), and two singles, "Spineless" (2022) and "Spineless (Instrumental & Acapella)" (2023). The band's music is characterized by its heavy riffs, soaring vocals, and socially conscious lyrics. Beyond the Animus has toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as Architects, While She Sleeps, and Bury Tomorrow.
