Gary Lewis & The Playboys were an American pop rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1964. The band was led by Gary Lewis, the son of comedian Jerry Lewis, and featured Dave Walker, John West, Al Ramsey, and David L. Johnson. The Playboys released a string of hit singles in the mid-1960s, including "This Diamond Ring," "Count Me In," and "Save Your Heart for Me." The band's sound was characterized by Lewis's distinctive vocals and the group's tight harmonies. Gary Lewis & The Playboys disbanded in 1970, but they reunited briefly in the 1980s and again in the 2000s.
