Ankush Bhardwaj

Ankush Bhardwaj is a rising star in the Indian music scene, known for his soulful voice and versatile singing style. He first gained widespread recognition as a contestant on the popular reality show Indian Idol season 10 in 2018, where he emerged as the first runner-up. Hailing from Kotgarh, Shimla in Himachal Pradesh, Ankush has overcome early challenges, including a childhood eye-sight disorder, to make his mark in the music industry.

Since his Indian Idol stint, Ankush has been busy releasing singles and collaborating with other artists. He's known for blending traditional Indian music with contemporary pop sounds, earning him comparisons to legendary singer Kishore Kumar. Some of his notable works include singing for the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and making his Bollywood playback debut with the song 'Sab Badhiya Hai' for the movie 'Sui Dhaaga' in 2018.
