p-rallel
P-rallel, born Gio in 1999, is a British electronic music producer and DJ from West London. Growing up in a musical family, with his father working as a DJ, p-rallel was immersed in music from an early age. He started playing piano at six and was part of a steel pan group as a teenager. His diverse musical background influences his eclectic sound, which blends genres like garage, house, jungle, reggae, and hip-hop.
Since releasing his debut EP in 2016, p-rallel has collaborated with artists like Slowthai, Greentea Peng, and Lava La Rue. He's known for his monthly NTS Radio slot, residency at Phonox, and for hosting his own event called 'Ratio' in London. P-rallel's breakthrough came with the 2020 track "Soulboy," featuring Greentea Peng, which helped him gain wider recognition in the music industry.
