Bad Suns

Bad Suns is an American rock band known for their infectious melodies and reflective lyrics that have resonated with a diverse fan base since their formation in 2012. Hailing from Woodland Hills, California, the group consists of Christo Bowman (lead vocals and guitar), Gavin Bennett (bass), Miles Morris (drums), and Ray Libby (guitar), the latter of whom joined the band following the departure of original member Michael Marquez. They quickly gained attention with their debut EP, "Transpose," which showcased their ability to blend the rawness of post-punk with the uplifting sensibilities of indie pop, leading to a distinctive sound marked by Bowman's evocative vocals and the band's polished musicianship.

Their most recent work, including the releases such as "Infinite Joy," "Living Or Dying," and "Astral Plans," reflects the band's evolution and creative maturity. Bad Suns have solidified their presence in the indie rock scene with their fourth studio album, "Apocalypse Whenever," featuring a deluxe edition that expands on its soundscapes and lyrical depth. Songs like "The One I Used To Love" and the danceable track "Baby Blue Shades" continue to exhibit their deft touch in crafting earworm hooks that underscore existential contemplations. Remixes such as "Life Was Easier When I Only Cared About Me" (Robotaki Remix) further showcase the band's versatility and ability to intersect the rock genre with electronic influences, ensuring their appeal across a multitude of music fans. With each release, Bad Suns reaffirm their capability to deliver introspective and emotive music that uplifts and connects.
