M2M

M2M was a Norwegian pop duo made up of childhood friends Marion Raven and Marit Larsen. They first gained international fame in the late 1990s with their breakout single "Don't Say You Love Me," which was featured on the soundtrack of the first Pokémon movie. Known for their catchy melodies and harmonies, the duo brought a fresh, youthful energy to the pop scene, and their debut album, Shades of Purple, was released in 2000 to global acclaim.

Their music blended acoustic pop with heartfelt lyrics, and they stood out for writing much of their own material at a young age. M2M followed up with the album The Big Room in 2002, showing a more mature sound, but the group disbanded shortly after. Despite their short run, M2M left a lasting impression and continued to earn a cult following, with both Marion and Marit going on to pursue successful solo careers.
