Kahlil Gibran

Kahlil Gibran was a Lebanese-American writer, poet, and philosopher, best known for his influential book "The Prophet". Born on January 6, 1883, in Bsharri, Lebanon, Gibran immigrated to the United States with his family at a young age and grew up in Boston.
