Jacotanu

Jacotanu is a talented Japanese DJ and producer known for his work in bassline, grime, garage, and UK garage styles. Based in Tokyo but originally from Chiba prefecture, he co-founded the SPRAYBOX dance music label alongside artists like Nizikawa, Genick, and Oblongar. Jacotanu has gained recognition both in Japan and the UK by releasing music on respected labels such as Wang Records and Outhouse Sounds, while also actively exploring solo projects under the alias DC Mizey. His music blends energetic UK sounds with his unique style, keeping alive the garage and bassline scenes in Japan with infectious beats and compelling melodies.

Besides his label work and solo productions, Jacotanu collaborates with fellow artist Genick under the name "Genick and Jacotanu," focusing on speed garage and bassline tracks.
