Billo's Caracas Boys Orquesta is a Venezuelan orchestra founded in 1940 by Luis María Frómeta Pereira, better known as Billo Frómeta. The orchestra is known for its merengue, bolero, and guaracha music, and has been credited with popularizing these genres throughout Latin America. Billo's Caracas Boys Orquesta has released over 100 albums and has toured extensively throughout the world. The orchestra has won numerous awards, including the Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006.
