Tono S.

Tono S., born Anton Suchota, is a Slovak rapper known for his humorous approach to rap. He is a member of the rap group Mater and part of the GR TEAM, associated with the Bratislava-based indie label Gramo Rokkaz. Tono S. is notable for avoiding vulgar language in his lyrics, which sets him apart in the rap scene. He has released several albums, including his debut solo album "Univerzálny hráč" in 2012 and a collaborative album "Návraty" with producer Beyuz. Tono S. is also recognized for his punchlines and complex personality, which have earned him a place among the top Czech and Slovak MCs.

Tono S. has been active in the music scene since around 1999-2000 and has collaborated with various artists from the Gramo Rokkaz label. His music often features witty humor and engaging storytelling, making him a standout in the Slovak rap scene. Despite his solo work, Tono S. remains involved in group projects, such as Ultrazvuk, further cementing his influence in Slovak hip-hop.
