The Bostonians are a Canadian indie rock band formed in Toronto in 2013. The band consists of four members: vocalist and guitarist Conor Browne, bassist and vocalist Sam Gleason, drummer and vocalist David Newland, and keyboardist and vocalist Nick Johnston. The Bostonians have released two full-length albums, "Closer to the Heart" (2016) and "Dropping a Hat" (2019), as well as several EPs and singles. Their music has been described as a blend of indie rock, folk, and pop, with influences from artists such as The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and Wilco. The Bostonians have toured extensively throughout Canada and the United States, and have performed at festivals such as SXSW and Coachella.
