Berried Alive is the brainchild of multi-instrumentalist and producer Charles Caswell, a virtuosic guitarist known for blending blistering metal riffs with electronic beats and playful absurdity. What started as a solo project after his departure from tech-metal band The HAARP Machine evolved into a genre-melting phenomenon, combining elements of djent, EDM, and hyperpop with lyrics and song titles packed with fruit-themed puns (see: "Havocado," "Masterpeach," and "CRANNIBAL"). Caswell’s DIY ethos shines through—he records, mixes, and produces everything himself, often releasing tracks at a prolific pace while maintaining a quirky, irreverent online presence.
