Slobodan Jovanović

Slobodan Jovanović is a Serbian harpsichordist and fortepiano player known for his versatile performances across Europe. Born in 1977 in Pančevo, Serbia, he studied harpsichord and clavichord with renowned instructors like Robert Hill and Michael Behringer in Freiburg im Breisgau. Jovanović also honed his skills in fortepiano and chamber music with Kristian Nyquist in Karlsruhe. He has collaborated with various ensembles and orchestras, including La Folia and the Karlsruher Barockorchester, and has been an accompanist with the International Händel-Akademie in Karlsruhe. As a composer, Jovanović explores the fusion of musical styles, and his works include chamber music and harpsichord compositions, such as "Scene in Circle" and "Images Without Frames."

Jovanović's recent releases reflect his deep engagement with Baroque and Classical music, featuring works by Bach and his sons, as well as his own compositions.
